The Studio is a comfortable apartment designed for up to 5 people, perfect for both families and groups of friends. It is located on the ground floor of Building B, in a quiet courtyard, ensuring peace and privacy. The apartment features a large bed (200x200 cm) and two sofa beds – one for two people and the other for one person.
The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator (without a freezer), an induction hob, kitchen utensils, and a coffee and tea-making set, allowing for convenient meal preparation.
The modern bathroom includes a shower, heated floor, mirror, and hairdryer, enhancing the comfort of your stay. The apartment has a vinyl floor, adding elegance and cosiness to the interior. Thanks to its courtyard location, guests can enjoy tranquillity while still having quick access to the city's attractions.
The standard hotel stay lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM. Depending on the availability of the apartment, early check-in or late check-out is possible for an additional fee.
We have a limited number of parking spaces on the premises, so reservations must be made in advance. The cost per night is 100 PLN. There is also the option to park at a nearby parking lot on Św. Filipa 13 Street or directly on the street in the paid parking zone.
Pets are allowed and may accompany their owners during their stay; however, additional fees apply: small pets up to 10 kg – 50 PLN per night, large pets over 10 kg – 100 PLN per night. Pets must be kept on a leash within the premises, and more aggressive animals must also wear a muzzle. Upon request, we can provide bowls and bedding for your pet.
Children of all ages are welcome, as we offer spacious and comfortable apartments ideal for families with children. The additional fee for a baby cot is 50 PLN for the entire stay.
