The hotel staff was extremely helpful and sorted out any problems. We were provided many practical information about the town and many nice recommendations by the staff. The room is so spacious and the hotel provided some toys for my kids in our room. That was thoughtful. The location is safe and quiet but extremely close to old town and you can walk easily anywhere. Highly recommended for travelers especially with kids.

Very good location, it's close to both Central station and the Old Town. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming, gave great tips for our trip. The cleaning was exceptional and the apartment was cleaned daily. The luggage could be stored free of charge before check in and after check out.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine and a washing machine). The beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very kind and friendly. The location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk to the Main Square. This is my third time here, and I will definitely stay at K4 again on my next visit to Kraków! A well-deserved 10 stars! Keep up the great work!
